Yep .
The Alpha T that first went out, too much petrol was sucked in before the pump went in, therefore the fire.

The Ver car, the pump got stuck in the valve - resulting in a serious loss of power.

The Per car the pump got sucked right in, therefore the engine seized and the drive wheels locked.

A lemon tree, my dear Watson...

I'm gonna go sleep now
Do we know this, or is this supposition?

Could you provide a link to the source?

I would also like to see some evidence. I have never seen a fuel pump small enough to get sucked into the engine. There is also the small problem that modern high pressure pumps are in or near the fuel tank, not the engine.

Guys please. we have an expert here and I'm trying to understand his expert opinion.

I heard from a guy whose uncle used to be a cleaner for Sauber that the sparkplug came through the air filter when they adjusted the wing, but apparently that's incorrect as it's a fuel pump issue.

I know on some car, why do I think it was alfa, you could bend valves by turning the steering wheel too hard

This theory seems to be missing an injector and fuel rail

Apparently there is a known issue with the fuel pumps and all teams were allowed to change them before the race. Looks like Redbull didn't.

Something similar.

Theres a YT vid from The Race who says the E10 fuel ratio introduced in the new regulation was an issue under certain temperatures when there is a low fuel capacity. Whereas other teams have noted this issue and taken corrective action, Red Bull didn't.

Bromance intensifies

It's a bit rushed but feels like those school boy years where you had an exciting game / match and you're all talking simultaneously about what happened. And then the thing happened, and oh ya that other thing lol etc

Is it possible to put people on your ignore list but only for a specific thread?
