He's technically not wrong. With his Masi fight he can't seem to let go of, and fighting RBR they clean forgot they had a season coming with massive changes.

Ferrari publicly stated last year they were abandoning the research on the 2021 car in favour of 2022's car. There was no secrecy in that. Toto just didn't seem to read the news.
