Nah, RB only has one sht driver tbh, Max might have only won because he had the fastest car, but Lando is showing that the fastest car is useless if you don't have the best driver. Max and Lewis have shown what they can do when they have the fastest car, Lando seems to finding new ways to fck up every possible win he could get.
 
I dont think Lando or Oscar or Mclaren messed up.
the strat they were on was the correct one.
I dont think they could have made the tires last as long as the Ferrari's did.

Charles drove an amazing race and preserved the tires at the right times to make them last at the end.
1 or 2 more laps and there would have definitely been a puncture for Charles.

Well technically 1.5 to 2 years. As they only started dominating mid 2022 when Ferrari imploded themselves. The again Checo had to compete for his wins against a teammate with the same equipment that is considered one of the best F1 drivers of all time. So that wins is not too bad.

I agree 100%

F1 is a team sport and the drivers are employed to help the Team win.
If one of the drivers also gain a championship, that is a bonus, but the Constructors Championship is the Primary Goal.
Selfish drivers that put team points at risk will not last long in F1.

On a side note, if you haven't seen the 2017 Movie - McLaren I highly recommend you track down a copy to watch.
It is a fascinating insight to Bruce McLaren, the Team he started and how his core values are still the driving force behind McLaren.
 
Facts. Charles kept up with the Mclarens most of the race and still looked after his tires.
Piastri was the fastest Mclaren driver the whole race.
If Piastri did not pass Lando. Charles probably would have had an easier win as Lando was slower than Piastri.

Fact. Lando messed up the first lap again. He was slow out that corner and Piastri got a run on him without DRS.
Lando made a mistake going into the pits
Lando made another mistake on track, going off.
He cannot handle the pressure.

Nah. 2022 RB won 17 out of 22. The 5 they lost - 1 Double DNF, 1 Single DNF and the other 3 were just bad races for RB.
 
Just a heads up re DStv - for some reason they've included channel 215 SuperSport Motorsport on their Compact package when streaming. Been like that for a few days already.

Probably a mistake, and they'll likely to spot it when they re-adjust after the Paralympics ends on Sunday. But sometimes these mistakes go unnoticed for ages ;- )

If you mean for the main olympics - yeah saw that, but they changed it back again.

Can't comment about Compact on decoders, I have another setup on satellite.
 
Maybe they opened SS channels on Compact Plus for the weekend, but as is now usual no announcement on their website if they did.
