For consistency I think they would check both esp if it’s something that could be common

Well, would appear this wasn't/isn't a "common" thing and I doubt anybody would genuinely suspect a team to be running to different specs.

True, every one normally say it has nothing to do with the car, it is all down to Max being a superior driver.
So if car changes and car differences are ruled out then the only remaining conclusion is that Max forgot how to drive during the summer break. :unsure: :D

Indeed so. Maybe Max to a blow to the head during the break us fans don't know about and Horner and co keeping quiet.

Edit: Actually, who knows, maybe all that screentime fried his brain, you know what they say about too much computer gaming.
