I have a CELLC Huawei E1820 dongle. I am on post paid. I loaded a 2 gig data bundle via *147# and received confirmation via text message that said data bundle had been loaded.
When I proceed to connect I get the following (error) message. Failed to create phone book entry. I tried calling customer care technical department. They recommended I restart my PC, alternatively try the modem in another usb port. I have tried both, and am still receiving the same (error) message.
Any of you fine fellows/ladies experienced this issue? Any luck with resolving said issue?
