3G usage?

I'm new to this whole 3G thing: Is it possible to see my 3G usage online?

Data Bundles for CONTRACT Customers (excluding Top Up customers).

9. When does the bundle expire?

A bolt on bundle is valid from the beginning until the end of that current month.

All SP’s across the Vodacom network.

Hi
I have a problem with this.
I bought an add-on bundle on 18 Dec as I knew I was going to exceed my normal usage while out of the office.

My data usage/ allocation as follows
1 Dec 500mb
18 Dec 500mb top-up
Used 650 - 500 allocated to cap 150 to top up
1 Jan 500mb
20 Jan - message - now in out-of-bundle
Used 675 - 500 allocated to cap 175 to out-of-bundle as the bundle expired on 18 Jan.

It is not logical to fist allocate the data usage to the cap (contract) as the top-up bundle has a time limit on it.

If the usage has first been allocated to the balance of the top-up then i would not have excceeded my data usage this month.

I have tried the call centre and after going back and forth am still waiting for someone in a managerial position to contact me since 24 Jan, despite an e-mailed reply saying they will contact me within 12 hours.

I'm having trouble registering to the vodacom home page. It requests a mobile number, but I only have a sim card number. I have a 3G data card.

Send a please-call-me from your 3G card to your mobile.
*140*<your mobile number>#

That's an SMS, right?
No, it's a USSD command, free of charge.
The receiver, you in this case, will get an SMS that reads "Please Call xxxxxxxxxx", that will be the telephone number of the SIM.

Edit: You'll need to use a dashboard that supports sending USSD, or temporarily put the SIM into another mobile phone.
