Faster LTE Upload speed ?

Anyone know if Telkom will allow more symetric Up/Down speeds on LTE - maybe per request for individual users ? 6 Mbps up is not that great when you start uploading your big Gigabyte files to Google drive or Dropbox.

Wow here my download speed is 30 at its best i normally get about 1 up, do you have a external antenna?
