Fastest free VPN?

Hi guys, I've read allot about VPN these days and want to test it a bit.

Whats the best and fastest free VPN services?

+ do anyone know how to set it up?

VPNs generally aren't free. Except the Hamachi/etc types, and even then the free options are sucky these days.

I used to use a VPN that I had access to from Feralhosting. Works very well, just remember that your local latency is sucky then (since it gets routed via EU).
