Just popping in to say, Damn they are a useless company, How they keep in business is beyond me. I don't use them personally, but people use them to send parcels to me because they are cheap.

- Each franchise seems to be responsible to themselves and don't care.
- No one picks up the phone.
-there seems no centralized coordination
- this has been going on for years, yet people still think they are good.

every time i see a parcel is sent via them my heart sinks, and i look for drink or antidepressants.

I indirectly use them for my banggood etc orders - only ever had minor issues with them compared to SAPO. Although, I guess one can compare any company with SAPO and they will look good.

I must say our branch/Franchise in Joburg East are pretty good.
But yeah, some of the other franchises are very weak on service.
Each area is operated as it's own franchise.

Anyone with info please hala, or whats the best Franchises out there?
