I heard quite the opposite from a colleague this afternoon. She said it has a sandy/dusty taste. It could be that it was prepared wrong, but how difficult can it be to mess up a cup of coffee?

Ethiopian dark roast .. i bought some from here .. http://www.caffeluxe.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=59&product_id=67 .. that was the best i tasted so far, the other dark blends all have a slight bitter after taste, this was smooth like you cant believe (i see they outa stock now) but do yourself a favor and get a small amount of Ethiopian and just try it.

The Lavazza ones are pretty decent too, the rossa especially. About the same price as illy I think.

I use the Illy coffee limited edition tins as my sugar containers

I would like to know where you get your coffee, I'm thinking of buying online for the simple reason chain stores stock is normally aged and getting overpriced.

I found a site 24-7 coffee online. Anyone know them?

They have shipping included with a minimum of 2kg/order

I don't buy from chain stores, look around and you should find a local supplier of good beans or grounds.
