Female run offices...

Sexist idea or not, this is why mixed office of 66% men, 33% women is the most competitive office.

1 female for every 2 males creates the perfect environment of men being ultra competitive and produce better competitive outcomes for the company as a whole.

You simply cannot remove the natural dynamics out of humans. I am not even suggesting any kind of sexual contact but just the idea of fewer women in a space with more men have this natural chemical fukuppery that makes things better for a company.

More women than men in a company and the competitive element drops through the floor, you cant fool nature no matter your education.

Love it or hate it we are chemically and emotionally not that far from chimps even to this day and this same dynamic in ape kingdom shows that once there is more females than males in a troop the male chimps become lazy and **** goes south quickly.
 
I wish I could elaborate on the day that lead to tis threads creation. It would make your skin crawl. the one "plot" was actually quite ingenious and worthy of government koo strategist, but out of petty squabling and sadly a meaningless waste of time.

there would be legal and disclosure issues. As it is I hope no one from there, is on here, and recognises the similarities and puts 2 and 2 together and hatches a plan to dig up my dear dead grandma

If females ran all countries there would be no wars..... just countries that refuse to talk to one another but that would be "fine".

Tell that to Queen Elizabeth, Catherine the Great, Queen Isabella, and many many more.

Women who reach absolute power managed to get that power by having the exact same ambitions as the men who reached that power. At this point sex makes no difference.

So ye that notion that women don't actively cause wars is so far from the truth.

I actually think it is interesting that the women who do well in leadership positions are generally masculine and aggressive. Like I find Hilary Clinton masculine. She isn't soft at all.

A number of women have told me that they don't like working under female bosses.

That can be countered by the fact that they had to rule in male ways to keep their power.... but yes I know that woman can easily be just as bloodthirsty as men they just happen to hide it more easily.... typical female fighting is much less confrontational than typical male fighting but we are the same in as many ways as we are different.

From what I remember Isabella was the most fanatical of the three when it came to violence but I might be wrong. There is also Boudica that completely lost the plot and ended up largely dooming what was left of her people..... female rulership does not have a good track record with the exception of a handful of the handful.
 
Worst environment I ever worked in was with 50-70 ex-Telkom etc contractors (mainly Afrikaans). Those bone heads would whine and argue like school girls, thank greatness we had a badass Indian lady boss who could put them in there place or no work would get done.

2nd best environment I worked in was with 80 employees of a much higher caliber (studied individuals) 50-60 were female and there was almost no rubbish in the office, I'm sure there were a few things said when they got home but in the office no crap.

Best environment is self employed, I get to keep a handle on everything.

For me, it comes down to education and how involved you are in the office politics most of the time the person complaining about the politics is right at the center of it.

You can't take offense when someone says "no offense". You have to admit very few MyBB members are this infamous with so little posts. Which was sort of the point with that post.
 
My wife has an all female team, 7 females and one gay guy - I have to periodically give her counselling and assist her how to cope with the drama.

They work hard, play hard and fight even harder..
