I don't know so much about female run offices, but if it's anything like the relationship that the females I work with have with one another, then I don't want to ****ing work in an all female office.
Example: the female colleague to my left (A) does not talk to the female colleague, two desks away from me (B) for the last two months already. The reason being that A had a colleague who was also her friend (C) but the relationship turned sour and B questioned her (A) about why they're (A and C) no longer friends and no longer hang out over weekends. A thinks that C set B up to get some info out of her.
I kid you not.
Sexist idea or not, this is why mixed office of 66% men, 33% women is the most competitive office.
1 female for every 2 males creates the perfect environment of men being ultra competitive and produce better competitive outcomes for the company as a whole.
You simply cannot remove the natural dynamics out of humans. I am not even suggesting any kind of sexual contact but just the idea of fewer women in a space with more men have this natural chemical fukuppery that makes things better for a company.
More women than men in a company and the competitive element drops through the floor, you cant fool nature no matter your education.
Love it or hate it we are chemically and emotionally not that far from chimps even to this day and this same dynamic in ape kingdom shows that once there is more females than males in a troop the male chimps become lazy and **** goes south quickly.
