Female run offices...

I work with a majority female staff - but they're mostly older women and it works very well. Large company.
Then again - I stay out of office politics and I'm largely oblivious to any/all of it. So perhaps I just don't register it.

Or you are not part of the "in group"...

Don't get me started on team building kak. I loathe it.

I am anti social & just there to do my job. People need to respect that some people are anti social.

Prime example of this happening now, Female A wants me to do X and Female B wants me to do Y and they refuse to talk to each other.

Best thing is they are both wrong, I'll tell them afterward.

Do both of them...

My job is just a paycheck to me.

I am respectful, do my job & leave at the end of the day.

I do not disclose anything about my life to coworkers & don't socialise with them outside work.

That's all well and good but you know, not necessarily the best way to go about work unless you are content with not moving up in the chain much.

LOL...last week a female colleague asked me to join them for darts (lunch time). I declined. Was asked why. I replied, "I am antisocial."

I am studying part time. I have the most 2 years left in my current job & hopefully will be placed in an internship.

I have options and will leave the organisation when its time to move on.

When I still had the privilege of having gainful work, the female-run departments of my section were always dens of intrigue, scandal, and drama, lots of drama. So based on that , complete companies must be worse, far worse!.

I have reached the point of telling people im anti social. I give zero ****s.

Everybody is different. If they dont like it, not my issue.

But there's no issue in telling people you struggle with social anxiety.
