It scares me sometimes that I can read and understand what you are saying, mostly. I'm not fixing that **** though, that's just too much to ask.

And I haven't received a bonus in over 6 years. So I think it's only fair that no one get any, at least until the economy has recovered and can afford it.

So give me your success stories regarding all female office or work environments. Ive heard backstabbing, group collusion, THEFT (yes) , stealing of boyfriend... , holy sh*t. I just cant anymore.

Please tell me they not all like this.

I almost thought the name of the thread is "Females ruin offices" In which case I have to agree. I am not saying it is always the case, but it happens more often than not.
 
Something I noticed in our office is that people steal each others food....(fridge etc)

And since we are so few males, it does lend to a bad conclusion as none of us do it but we number like 5 out of 30.

Aside from leftists being the usual hypocrites that they are, this is what I think is the case. To appease the usual morons who think statistics are racist and sexist, the following is based on population statistics about personality differences, which means they are only valid on a population, not an individual basis. Thus they cannot be used for anything more than a likelihood estimate of what someone's behaviour will be.

1) Woman tend to be more neurotic than men.
The upside is that this makes them tend to be more careful in making sure that everything is done and done properly. They would get anxious if something might be wrong.
The downside is that they might get caught up and stressed out on things that don't really matter.

2) Woman are more agreeable than men.
The upside is that they are more concerned about the feelings and wellbeing of others, even above themselves.
The downside is that this can create resentment if someone takes advantage of someone being nice, sometimes not caring about someone's feelings and telling them the brutal truth is correct.

Surprisingly, out of about a 100 factory workers on site at any one time no food gets stolen from the fridges, which is really surprising. They also have a very complex system of nippies (half-smoked cigarettes for later) everywhere and no one steals somehow.
