10.20PM and I'm trying to stream a bloody Youtube vid with a STATIC picture but it has audio and it's playing 2 seconds at a time with 10 second pauses in between.

This isn't broadband.

Bad day tiger?

Try this proxy:
196.25.253.13 port: 8080

Are you on IS or SAIX?

It works for me on SAIX ;)

Strange thing: my first telkom 3Gig account was capped about an hour ago. BUT, I could access any local site, which has never happened to me before. Oh, and I get the same error when using any of the saix proxies...
Can't complain, though, because this 3Gig account got to 22 Gigs before it was capped.

Strange....

Hope it levels out for you man ;) My international access was just as horrible the whole day, but that proxy helps a lot for browsing etc.

I downloaded ATI drivers for one of my graphics cards @ 10 kb/s then I got a direct link from guru3d, even with IDM running 8 connections it creeped along at 60kb/s.

I feel for you ;)

There is a solution to that you know. :p

I also agree - YouTube has been tedious these past few days - one has to pause the stream and patiently wait for the buffer to fill up, which usually makes me just wait for the entire video to be complete before being able to watch :(

you guys are probably involved with the new uncapped local.... they testing it and it might be in ur area....

wat area you stay in??

I had to by an extra Gig to surf international this afternoon.

How long do you think this "extended" cap of local access will last.
