Fiber distribution?

Hello guys. I need to find out how we get a distribution setup done at my premises. There are about 12 houses on a smallholding and we need fiber for them. I have been trying for almost two weeks to get anyone from Vumatel to assist (they are the only FNO in the area). There is a fiber box for the property, with 4 active lines, but because we need more than 4 lines they apparently need to do a distribution. I am out of my league with this and honestly at my wits end. I need to work from home and at this moment I am not able to. TIA.
 
Can you PM me your details, I have somebody in mind that can probably assist you with fibre distribution on the property.

Vumatel did it free of charge here a little over a year ago but we had to lobby the residents to get at least 60% uptake or something.
