Fiber cable they pulled in is Broken.

Busy replacing fiber cable.
Replaced.
Next step:
Vuma must release install.
Vuma mail you OB number.
Supply this OB number to ISP.
The ISP activates your line.

Now I need to setup router.
While on line ISP helped me to setup router.
System does not allow to have to active routers. I had to switch of my LTE.
Then went on line.

Hello all

I have been now close to a month on Fiber. I'm enjoying every part of it.
The strange thing is I live in a short street here in Edelweiss. Five prominent connection all on my side of the street.
Spoke to a couple of users all of them enjoy FTH.
 
yes Fibre is awesome - and see more people in my street getting fibre , LTE backup is also improving with speed as people get fibre - getting 70Mbps+ - but fibre latency is why i got fibre. getting stable pings and about 90ms lower pings on fibre over LTE.

Yeah, I am on the Bokke side of Edelweiss and it is down :(
 
Seems vumatel vodacom (vodaisp) is the problem, ppl on Vox seems to be working
 
Vodacom gone into hiding again

Anyone know how long it takes to move isp? I’m done with no service!
 
Guessing I’ll have to pay for the “free” installation now as well
 
Thinking of doing the same. Tried phoning their customer care but getting network busy tone .
