Fibre activation issue

I have an issue regarding activation of Fibre in my place, apparently there's an arder placed already for my adress under Vumatel, and now everytime when I try to apply for Fibre I get rejected due to an order that already exist with my adress. Currently I would like to get Fibre activated either with afrihost, cybersmart.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated
 
You will probably need to enquire with Vumatel directly... I gather you didn’t actually place an order with them?

All Vuma orders are processed through the ISP. So you'll need to cancel the first ISP order you placed on this address or ask your new ISP to assist.

Thank you very much for the response, I have emailed vumatel to enquire, u am currently waiting for their response.
