hi guys,
when my fibre got installed, the guys used the wrong conduit (got three pipes underneath the house, 2 for tv one for a telephone), and my idea was to use the conduit for the tv, not too dive into details, but this whole process took months, so I was just glad to have fibre even though it glued down the length of the wall. now some time later, I need to work on the wall, and the cable is in the way.

can anyone recommend installers, to redo the line from outside of the house, using one of the other conduits? Im in centurion

thanks

I hope not, but willing to pay a fee.. issue is every installation was coordinated by the isp.. (who probably adds their margin too), just don't know who to phone directly? or perhaps if needs to be done by my isp? really not sure...

I just had this done about a month ago. Depends who is the FNO, mine was unfortunately Octotel and it took them 3 weeks from me paying the R1700 odd to them actually showing up and doing the job. They gave me zero estimation of when it would happen, they just eventually called and said they could do it the next day.

Edit: you have to work through your ISP, so just contact them.
