Fibre - Data only

Where can I get a fibre data only account? I already have the line but I am not happy with the shaping of download speed from NewsHost servers. (400kbs on a 40Mb line) My ADSL was faster! Everything else is working as it should except the downloads from NewsHost servers.
 
You need to tell us who the fibre provider is. some providers you can get use a different ISP others you cannot.
 
I have a capped account. But also interested in uncapped with another provider.
 
You need to mention your provider not the ISP. Basically are you using Vumatel or Telkom (on options with WA)?

If you are using Telkom you can look at any of the ADSL offerings.

I think Webafrica only resells Telkom fibre?

@OP if you have a Telkom Fibre link then you can basically look at any capped or uncapped adsl packages and it should work on Telkom fibre.
