Fibre ISP change

Hi.

We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused during this period. We are working with Vumatel to ensure that the line is being activated correctly.
Any update on this, everytime i contact Afrihost since 12 April I get the same store, wait 24 - 48 hours, After that i contact them again, and once again please wait 24-48 hours. It might just be faster to move to another ISP that can sort out the problem with Vumatel.

Hi.

The delay is with the address, Vuma could not detect the existing installation and our order got stuck on the "installation scheduling"
We have logged it with Vuma's Dev team to correct the address and activate it with the existing FSAN. We have escalated to our Service manager at Vuma to check with their Dev team.

Day 12 now since I signed up with Afrihost, and still no working fibre.
