Fibre ISP recommendations?

Hi

So, I live in a complex that has SADV fibre network.
Can anyone please recommend an ISP from the list below.
I'm looking at going with a 20mbps uncapped, unshapped connection, and VOIP cordless phone.

I'm not too phased about the price, most iportant thing is quality of service/connectivity/network and support.

Internet usage: Streaming, YouTube, Netflix, DSTV, SuperSport, Ocasional torrent downloads, Steam, Origin, GOG, UPlay, etc....

I've been with Cool Ideas for roughly 6 months now on a 100/100 connection. During that time I've had about 3 outages by Vumatel for maintenance (done in the early hours of the morning, so didn't affect me) and 1 fault which was resolved within about 10 mins of talking to support. Never had any throttling and don't have to worry about how much data I use. So Cool Ideas come highly recommended.

In all honesty if my current ISP's little quirk didn't make my internet so cheap, I would be using Cool Ideas.
