Your ISP experience

So vumatel started digging in our area for fibre (at last) and was informed we can start preordering. Since there is a lot of ISP's to choose from I want to know some of your recommendations about the different ISP's, like who to avoid and who must really be considered. I know Afrihost, Cool ideas and websquad are here on the forum which can help with support.

I am currently looking at a 200/20 or 200/200 line and are considering the following ISP's :
Afrihost @AfriMan
Cybersmart
Webafrica
Cool Ideas @PBCool
Websquad @websquadza
Axxess

I would appreciate your feedback if you are with any of these ISP's when looking at speed consistency, latency to EU and US, customer support, and the overall experience. Also if there is some fine print that might be missed.
If there is a good ISP that i've missed please let me know.

The representative on MyBB is fantastic.
Overall number of issues I have had, very few.
Pretty much lack of issues is the winner for me.

I am on Bitco Vumatel 50/50, never needed to contact support in 14 months, even with the cable breaks, everything kept pace at full speed. My mom has Cool Ideas 50/50 and I am their first line support, all dealings with CISP have been painless.

Who are you referring to? Me?
Of course I make them aware when there is issues.
The point is they are resolved extremely fast.
NO provider never has issues, its the manner in which they are handled that puts websquad ahead.

Been on Afrihost since Mweb introduced the FUP(when was this.. 2014?) and only recently moved over to uncapped fibre (was on capped fibre via metrofibre since 2017/8, now in Cpt via Openserve).

Don't think i will be changing ISPs anytime soon as it makes life easier having all net related costs in one bill.
