With regards to what service?

ADSL: should be 20mbp VDSL
Cellphone: should be full 4G
As for Fibre packages, they state that they can offer 100m/100m connection. However, if the network will be stable and reach those speeds cannot say for now.
 
Yea as far as I know, no one is connected to the vodacom fibre just yet, a couple of people said they have boxes, but nothing connected to the homes just yet. We will have to wait and see. Cant wait.
 
Good to hear something is happening.

Only thing I fear is the network they putting in is 'buggy' or congested.
 
FIbre 4u doing my fibre installation on Thursday. I will give feedback. Street was dug up a few weeks ago, with the junction boxes installed. I applied online and was phoned last week to confirm my order and installation date. Secunda central area.
 
Current offer from vodacom on 12/24 month contract is no installation fee and free router.

I applied for the 10 mb/s up and download uncapped. I will report on what is actually achieved.
 
will be interested to hear what its like and how long installation takes. I assume you are roughly in the area around lindley begemann type areas. those are the only ones showing as live on vodacom website. still waiting for my street to go from green to pink (installing vs live)
 
So Some feedback:

Installation was scheduled for thursday 15:00. Team arrived 14:50. Did a very neat installation and was finished at 17:30. This included lifting paving, and putting everything back together. On friday, I was updated via whatsapp on the activation status, with my line active at 15:00 on Friday (Nogals a public holiday...) Speedtest confirms a 10/10 mbps up and download, so speed as advertised. I am very happy so far. Great service received.

Well that's good to hear!

I am still waiting for them to come my area.
 
Apparently the goal is to have the whole of Secunda covered by July.
 
These guys are working real fast. You see them dig today and tomorrow the digsite is covered back up again. Cant wait for them to come to my area. Hope more people are connected by now.
