Hi all, I got a ticket in June which I promptly paid with Finessa as I have previously done. However this time around I recieved summons sms from Coct and I promptly called Finessa yesterday. They apologized and pointed out that someone had not done their job and would resolve it. However this morning got another sms informing me that they have printed the summons.
Has anyone had this problem with Finessa and how did you handle it.
