Firefox issues

Hey everyone.

I recently changed from IE7 to Firefox 3. I have a problem with firefox where it keeps opening up new windows once in a while (VERY irritating). Anyone have this happen before? Any ideas on how to sort this out?

Is this supposed to be in the Linux forum? Unless of course if you ran IE7 in WINE or Crossover.

I have never had it happen to me in Firefox, all the way from FF1 back in the day. Check your settings for opening new windows, whether it's set to new tab or new window.
