It took me 5 seconds to find information that those people you highlight advocate for a lot of things beside carbon taxes.

How was I supposed to know it's hyperbole? Given how many deniers there still are, and for how many people who very reluctantly came around to thinking we should maybe do something, carbon taxes are usually the go-to, with nothing more proposed.
