With load shedding, the dazzle is now just a flicker.

The IPP Office is an agent of the Department of Mineral and Energy Resources, providing the necessary capacity for the implementation of the Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme and the related interventions.

Anyone would have difficulty working with Gwede "Coal-Fired" Mantashe, especially since he blocks IPP at every turn.
I suppose the new guy would be more agreeable to the old goat.

What? We're always on short notice sadly, unplanned outages are 2400MW better then yesterday but that means squat when they can lose 5GW in a day.

Eish! You people can be tiresome,

I vouch for sabotage by disgruntled cadre employees at ESKOM. They don't want their stealing restricted. No. They purposely breaking things or just doing half hearted repairs on stuff. Giving the rest or us hard working, honest South Africans the finger.

And so my hate grows stronger for anything ANC.
