Fixed width MyBroadband forum

Windows 7 64bit.

Edit: Sorted. For some odd reason I had Opera set to "Identify as Internet Explorer" for MyBB :o.

Hahahaha... It can NEVER be the simple things... lol ... I was going to suggest a user profile prune... the whole "ID /Mask" thing escaped me.

Glad to find another Opera user!
- Give the 12 beta WAHOO a spin... it is very very nice and stable and quick... install it as a USB version, and it won't mess with your 11.51.

Man this new fixed width really sucks.

In my view its a real waste of space, esp when you have 2 x large screens, I run My browser full screen on my second monitor.

Remember you can change back to full, if you haven't already. Look at the bottom of your page and select a theme.

+1

And on my Nokia N900 the fixed width is slightly too wide for the default zoom level.

What Goldilocks device was this fixed width layout chosen for?

Will do, thanks :).

I remember now why I had MyBB on the ID as IE - when typing in the reply box and the "autosave" feature kicks in, the "Post Quick Reply" button often becomes non-functional.

Hey Hey...

I have just updated the style... cleaned the css... so FF / Chrome stylish will be updated automatically when next you check for add-on updates, Opera users will have to download and replace the mybb.css from the link again.

Cheers.

If you are using chrome or IE, I do not know...
but for FireFox, you install the Stylish add-on and then add My MyBB style...

for Opera, use a custom css for the site's preferences...

It is a work around that works for me.

EDIT: It appears there is a Stylish for chrome too.... https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fjnbnpbmkenffdnngjfgmeleoegfcffe
