Flight simulator - Saix server

I seem to have a little problem... if I connect to FShost and start a flight, then FS X crashes. What now?

I tried the following: Start FSHost, create free flight, then I have a flight as normal. But I still have ATC running  Is that supposed to be?

If I try to alt+tab from a multiplayer game, I simply cannot get back into the game without having to restart it.

You should open FSHOST, connect and then create a Free Flight. Go to a destination where other people are flying, then you should see them.

They told me there's issues between FSX and 2004 with this, then they kicked me.

Can I just be a passenger and watch inflight movies? What inflight movies are playing now?

Yes dude. ATC's do a brilliant job in keeping you in the air safely without making you collide with some nigerian email scam. Listen to your ATC, they know what they're talking about

In multiplayer :)

I think itz about time they use a Local TeamSpeak server. I requested a Channel, then will redirect everyone to that one. In the mean while, register at www.teamspeak.co.za
Register for a SITE account and a TS account.

No complaint on my side there... I have a TS account, but that's pretty useless running on the international channel :(

Same thought here.. why play FS on a local server and TS on an Internaional server?
Its just gonna increase the lag anyway.

Not quite. The latency to the local FS server stays the same regardless of where the TS server is hosted, as long as neither of the two protocols make maxmimal use of the available bandwidth, which neither does. I don't even notice the latency on the intl TS server, which being unshaped, is around 180ms for me. The FS remained between 29-33ms constantly.

But there is quite a DELAY when you speak. On the Local server, I usually get about 80-100ms with almost no delay. and I can use that with Local cap. I got capped :(

So when you guys gonna be flying?
are you playing stock standard releases or have you added any planes?

Wednesday and Friday evenings, 8.30pm till late.
Check for the FSHost ip in post #1. Ask me for the TS server ip, will look for it then.

delay is latency... or at least a more basic word for it. I get no extra delay whatsoever. The local one (go.teamspeak.co.za) should be under 50ms. On local cap.
