Why arnt more ppl questioning the R50 service fee to get helped by a consultant?Since when did this schit come into effect?

Never had the need to get assistance from a consultant in a while so not sure when this came into effect. Tweet RBJacobs. He should have an answer.

I'm also with private clients so I call a different call centre.

So I checked their pricing guide https://www.fnb.co.za/downloads/pricing-guide/Personal_Pricing.pdf
Page 14, Online banking password reset (Consultant Assisted) = R52.50.

I've had to reset my password a few times but never had the need to call in to do this. The online password reset has always worked for me.

If it is your fault that the password needs to be reset then I will have to fork out the money I guess, but as far as I can see the problem here is more to do with the bank's own infrastructure and now they are charging you for their problems.
