The price of the device through them over the full term is quite a bit lower than the recommended retail price, so I believe they are charging the full retail price should you wish to pay off the device sooner.

Correct. Just warning others out there :) I wanted to settle early and get a new device, but it's not worth it.
 
the guys that ordered the note2 from FNB, how long did you guys wait?
its been two weeks now, and FNB cant even tell me what the progress is.
they just say you have to wait
 
From another thread....

We did the online application, and 2 days later the order was processed by FNB.
There was a bit of a wait for the couriers, but once that was sorted the device was delivered the next day.

Try and contact FNB Direct, and give them your ID number. They should be able to trace the order for you.
You could also contact the the couriers directly.
I gave the numbers of FNB Direct and the couriers in an earlier post.
 
mine was ordered last Thursday and was delivered yesterday! But it's the wrong colour:-( i ordered the grey but they delivered the white. anyone know if i can return it for the grey? If so, How? If not, does anyone want to swap with me? The box is still sealed. Only the thin plastic wrapping has been removed.

In all honesty I'm not sure where FNB gave you the option of a grey S3. The colours they currently provide are white and pebble blue. The only S3 currently available in grey is the LTE version which FNB don't have yet.
 
my apologies. I was talking about the note 2 in response to Die_Miek's post. I ordered that, not an s3.
 
Anybody know if you can stay on the fee saver option and still get a device, or if you have to move over to the mobile pricing option to get a device?? The call center says I have to move over to the mobile pricing option, but previously someone told me that I did not have to .... so I just want to get confirmation on this

Mobile pricing is mandatory AFAIK.... they switched me from ELECTRONIC to Mobile when I took delivery of my device

Seems a bit overkill as I am still on the same account option and they still making their fees or would not offer that as an option ... guess they just lost a sale ... not that it matters to them :)
 
Does anyone in Cape Town know how long it takes to receive your device after receiving this sms

They want to limit your ATM visits..... only allowed 3 money pulls per month on Mobile Option
 
I got an ipad mini the other day. I went and got it myself at the Eastgate dot store. R150 has now been debited from my acc for "courier charges"
Any one know why ive been charged when I collected the ipad myself?

Same happened to my wife, she phoned and complained , they did reverse it, but they should get their systems sorted out

Thanks, was at Eastgate again and they told me they will reverse it.
He said theres a glitch in the system. Lol
