FNB Stopping Email Statements!!!

The problem is a I forget. And Absa has a 3 month history limit. Who knows why.
PLEASE TELL US HOW!!! Which account types do you have (that email statements)? Have you accept all recent T&Cs, "Verified by VISA" etc in the last 2 years? Did you log a call to still receive statements?
I don't get credit card email statements at all. Sporadically I got one some for premier cheque (Aug, Jan & April).

I didn't do anything
It just keeps coming every month
I have no idea what I accepted nor do I recall reading T&C's
Verified by VISA? Huh? No idea what that even means
Just looked in my Inbox now and I see I get my Cheque account every month, home loan is every 6 months (last one was 31/07/2020) and I see now the Credit card one isnt coming in anymore (last one was 28/07/2020)

I get for my PC cheque account emailed every 3 months sent to me in pdf and csv. Nothing for my credit card.
Also receive emailed statements for my business cheque account every month.
Gold Credit Card. I did receive the email saying they would stop, so I immediately logged into the website and the option to configure an email address was still there, so I did.
I just went to check and the email option is no longer on the website... I must have managed to reinput my details and fool the system before they removed it. I did also tell them on chat that I was going to close my account... Maybe try that because the email system is still working!

Need a credit card statement for May 2021 and I see there is no option in the app to view/ download it. I can view my previous ebucks statements, but not the credit card/ current account.
Lets hope they are busy with some maintenance and the functionality is temporarily unavailable. I cant remember my login details for the website

Been using biometric login on my phone. Last time I logged into the website was probably three years ago

Better reset the password now, and have it available somewhere secure for use, or do you want that extra hassle if you cell phone breaks or get stolen and you want to do some required banking?
