Forgotten iCloud password

hi, can anyone help me? After the most recent iOS upgrade my 2yr old iPad (2012) keeps asking for my password which I have forgotten. What can I do? I also have a problem with mi I store password as I can't remember if I changed it.

Click the forgot your password link?? Then you can get an email to reset it.

iCloud and iTunes account are one and the same password.

Go to id.apple.com to reset it.

Send 3 cops to Apple in California to go unlock your phone
