Lets make this another good one. FP1 was at 10AM this morning and Massa dominated, with Hamilton second, Kovalainen third and Raikkonen fourth. FP2 is currently underway.

Well, having that wonderful 10 place penalty, hammy will be at the back. I think he'll go light, brush passed about half the field in the first corner and then continue to make a mad dash towards the front, doing well till he hits the BMWs (not literally, he dodges BMWs remember? ).

For some reason I have a feeling Massa's car will break this weekend but if all goes smoothly:

Final results Prediction:
1.Massa (straight win)
2.Raikkonen (put a solid 'boring' race')
3.Kubica (trying to beat the Ferrari, but just not putting the pressure on where it counts)
4 or 5. Hamilton (race like bat out of hell, but silly mistakes can cost him a podium)

Of course I'm hoping Kubica wins though

I anticipate a rush of blood for Hamilton at the start considering he is 10 places behind and will probably be running a much lighter car. Considering it is his opportunity to gain the most places in the easiest fashion he could land up risking too much and lose it on the 1st/2nd corner.

yup, martin brundle made a total @$$ of himself today when hamilton jumped the chicane he said "i wouldn't let vettel through if i were hamilton", then later when the sign flashed up that hamilton was under investigation by the stewards, brundle shot back "he should have let vettel back through and then get him again because he has the faster car"

look you have possibility of a drive thru if you dont, if you let him take the plack and pass him 5 corners later you can save yourself about 17 seconds by not getting the penalty

it was risk mclaren took and it never paid off as usual

i dont know if hamilton has a chance in this championship now

he is 10 points behind massa, which is massive considering massa has been so consistant since the first 2 races of the season

i think one more bad hamilton race and its over

Um, i would just like to point out that he had already overtaken said driver - is there a certain time or distance hammies has to do before going a little on the grass and then back on the track?

When last did a driver down in 10 - 19th position get such a penalty?
Only because he's in contention for the world championship probably.

ivork i would like to point out that had hamilton not taken the road he would not have made the move stick

he only managed to overtake him because he had a clear advantage by going off the road

the whole point here is that hamilton clearly had an advantage by going off track and held the position purely because he did so

its a clear cut case and obvious that a penalty would be coming his way

had he slowed down to stay on track he would have lost the position

if hamiltn had to brake to make the corner on the track, he would have been wide and slow, opening the possibility that he might have even lost a position.
