Foxytech experience

And still no proper response. Not answering their mails or phone. And the online chat function is not monitored as well....
 
And it seems i am not the only one.... saw some comments on Carbonite.

Placed an order on the 18th, got processed on the 19th and then nothing up until today.

Can't reach them through support or phone and what I can tell they were last on discord the 20th not replying to
current queries either."

"Just an update, I got my order on Monday so all sort off good. Would've really like to see better coms from them but maybe they have stuff going on that we don't know about as I saw on discord I wasn't the only one waiting for stuff with no update."

Had this weird experience with Foxytech.
Ordered a motherboard from them on the 28th. Other that the order confirmation there has been no progress on the order. So tried calling and using social media to communicate with no response. So i used messenger on facebook and got this reply.

Has enyone else dealt with them ? Not sure i will again.

Either they not right in the head or they trying to hard but whatever it is , its cringe.

Another company failing to be competent during a time of economic hardship? Strangely seems to be the norm lately.

(I realize this might be a special case but eh...what fun is the internet if we can't kick 'em while they're down)

hopefully Rebeltech re-enter the market , so they can up the competition with wootware.
