The PC component etail sector has exploded in SA since 2017, but many new entrants in 2019. The competition is good, and the competition will do their best to set themselves apart, some being meme lords and all. FoxyTech clearly want to be associated with a niche market, but they sure deem some customers expendable. When it comes to customer service, it is always best to be direct, not everyone will relate with memes. I wouldn’t like to be called an angry customer, neither to be labelled a bad customer. They haven’t even delivered their product… a sale has been made.
Being on the receiving end here, the memes called on it. The owner should invest some time reading a book on customer service, there are good ones available on the shelves.
