Free bandwidth after midnight

This is quite good.. reminds me of the cybersmart 5x hours in the same time range which was always very handy

I'm not DLing for free, it's going at 120KB/sec but it's adding up.

Usage - (April, 2010)

Data Remaining: 17996.92 MB

This turned out to be a proper April fool's joke for me. Last night I had 1920meg remaining. Tonight it shows 740meg remaining, and I didn't even download anything last night. I had only downloaded the previous 2 nights !

I hope not too many are getting caught out like me.
 
Funny that. I downloaded an ISO (700MB) to test the system, and my report this morning said I had only done 1.77MB after hours, while my usage is down by a full 1.7GB for the month. iBurst, I must assume that you are still working things out...?
 
iBurst can't be trusted with this type of service. They already tend to screw up usage statistics and billing, and now they add an extra service which will be more complex and difficult for them to manage. There's no way that I'm even going to TRY this.

So I decided to try out this service after reports by some of my relatives that it actually does work. I downloaded a 700MB ISO file and I noticed that my "Downloaded" usage went up by 700MB in the report, but the "Data Remaining" usage did not go down. Is this supposed to happen? I'm not in the mood for another 2.5K bill because of iBurst negligence.

The billing is based on Data Remaining.

BTW: There is no more PPU on iBurst so no capthas.

Thanks for the report - however, they only gave daily stats, and not hourly. I downloaded an ISO as a test between 12am and 8am on the 2nd/3rd April, but it doesn't show as that. No worries, I have the bandwidth, and I'll give it another try. Maybe you've sorted things out since then.
 
The term free is misleading as it is not free, you must be a subscriber. Rather "extra included bandwidth " for subscribers.

I'm surprised that they did not cut off at 6 am. Cool for early morning email downloading.
