You are wrong. The whole idea was that you can't say 50KWH is not enough because it's from 2003. The correct statement would be 50KWh is not enough because people need more (in 2003 and now, although now the efficiencies are better).
I don't want to argue if that's enough or not. I'm not an expit like you and Swa, you guys must give Chris Yelland a run for his money. And take ESKOM to court because they claim 50KWh and 6KL water are enough for the 'basics'.
