Free Browsing with Vodafone enhanced Opera Mini feedback

You go ahead and log a call with your superiors instead VodacomData.

A call stating that we will no longer fall for your cheap gimmicks.
Even more so when they fail from day 1.

The only reason why i am sking you guys to do it that way is so that the correct escalation process gets followed. Problems gets fixed quicker if they see the stats.

While it is reasonable to expect people to log faults for network and related issues, I think this case is better served with feedback from the forum. My guess is the helpdesk know less about OperaMini than the people using it. You actually have an opportunity to get much more detailed and useful information about handsets, firmware etc. than you will from the helpdesk logging 3rd hand information. The whole point of the forum (IMO) is to get the technical stuff dealt with here so the helpdesk can deal with what they are good at. In my experience the forum is generally full of early adopters and often issues that crop up here get fixed and channelled back to the helpdesk. This is a valuable tool. Sending your beta testers to the helpdesk just means less feedback and thus longer time frames before your products are stable.

Use it, don't use it. :p

I don't think I've ever uninstalled an application so soon after installing it as Opera Mini...

Maybe they don't know what forums are for, and maybe missed the word '"feedback" in the thread title.

@VodacomData... Who has had positive feedback, so far? .......eh.....eh....eh.....nobody. That should raise alarms on your side
