Free iBurst bandwidth after midnight

i agree with ^ the last two months have been so awesome and now they wana take it away just like that :(

So 2 months into the trial: it's had some issues but overall its a "nice to have".
So, Iburst - whats the plan going forward?
Surely by now you have decided? Spill please....

Well Jannie has resigned lol , and I think this was one of his pet projects , so dont hold your breath

Aaaarg got disconnected before 12 am. There goes my chance to beat techie's score:(

Anyone receive an email about this today?

Edit: Reason I ask is because a friend of mine got an email today which said something about the after hours trial ending at the end of this month and the the proper After Hours thing going live next month at no extra cost... I never got any email so maybe someone can clarify for me.

No I didn't get an email and Monday is almost over so where is that email address please r00igevaar?

If I don't receive an update from the product manager on Monday about Midnight to morning, then I'll post his email address here and you can bug him directly.

How about an address and a truckload of brick/tomatoes/rotten eggs?

Just over 3 hours left...

The future of Midnight to morning

The rotten eggs and tomatoes did not work. Finally, I threatened to deny Bubbles his banannas and received an answer!

The service will be available in two forms: precap and postcap. Firstly, this will be automatically available precap as a standard package feature with no opt-in required. The terms are that it can be used for free on the high end packages and not at all on the low end packages. For the packages in between it can be used at a variable usage discount.

Secondly, the Midnight to morning service will be incorporated into the Uncapped Anytime postcap VAS. The current cost of that VAS will remain the same. The Uncapped Anytime VAS will be rate limited to either 64kb/s or 128kb/s during the day and at night between midnight and 8am it will be unthrottled.
