Free SMSes on FSMS.co.za!!

Hi everyone,

First time poster, long time reader

Just thought I had to share this with you guys, I came across this website (FSMS.co.za) a few days ago which lets you send free SMSes and you get replies on the site when people SMS back to the number!! I think it's quite amazing we're actually getting a decent service like this in South Africa, the networks are probably clamoring to buy them out before they end up losing out on all that SMS revenue (which costs them close to zero!)

Anyway, it's awesome, just thought I'd give you guys a heads up! Here's a link to their FB fan page (where I found them)

Welcome James... Hope you're not a spammer. If you were more interactive on these forums, you would've known about FSMS.co.za about 2 weeks ago already. It's already been discussed here.. Just search for it..

The fsms.co.za site is not what the poster makes it out to be. Your first SMS go through without a hitch, but thereafter, everytime you try to send an SMS, you have to wait up to an hour before you can send it, presumably in aneffort to make you pay for their service. Bloody scammers!

Noticed they changed to bulk (in for the money), bulk.fsms.co.za/, used to send a few SMS back in the day.

Any other "free" SMS service now?

old thread but to answer your question, You can send 5 free Sms's from Mtn.co.za.
