Hi forumites,

Yesterday I saw this short TV ad about Vodacom's upcoming something something they dubbed Free4Sho. The voice over artist said something about free stuff where you don't have to wait for a certain hour or to get the freebies, (this is out of context but it's something along those lines). I don't know whether it's a promo or something new that's here to stay. Or maybe it's Vodacom's response to Cell C's new SUPERCHARGE promo?

Apparently all will be revealed on Sunday this week, that's what the voice over said.

Does anybody have a clue what Vodacom has up their sleeve? Please do tell before they officially announce what it is that they are bringing to the table. Or maybe it's another smoke and mirrors tactic?

I am going to take a guess. Definitely a response to Cell C's excellent SUPERCHARGE!

I bet Vodacom will tell you to recharge with R100 or more for you to get free Vodacom to Vodacom minutes for a very limited time, more likely the R100 will get you 50 minutes with all other recharges also giving you half the free minutes.

I honestly don't see Vodacom coming remotely close to Cell C. They are just sad and pathetic!

All i know is that Free4sho will be for prepaid and will be here to stay. More info will only be revealed on Sunday the 10th.

Another instance of Vodacom giving ice away in the winter, while it is cold enough to freeze the balls off of a brass monkey ... , much like MTN's Mahala nonsense ...

It is insane what vodacom is doing to its own customers. Free4osho is a scam, getting free minutes after being charged 3 minutes, nothing is free here. Cellc does what it says, free is free.

Where are the terms and condition doesn't state anything about free calls or how it works exactly and it's misleading on their website

then on there promo
