Just go in with a washing basket - make sure the sharks dont eat you though cause they have been known to come right onto the beach when its sardine run time.

My uncle prepares this the best. Marinated in a masala concoction, deep fried till crispy. Add a bit of yellow dahl + buttered white bread. Simple, cheap yet freaking awesome.
