its hard capped and they didnt ask for my details only wanted a photo of my ID emailed to them or faxed

You can get free 1GB accounts from Cybersmart, but it is not hard-capped and you have to enter your banking details.

Please just take note that all these free ADSL capped accounts are limited to 1 telephone number and you can't change it afterwards AFAIK.
