Frogfoot are useless

Day five.
Still offline. Unacceptable.
Needs urgent resolution. We need a technician this morning but Frogfoot says hopefully tomorrow and Vox have been useless when trying to escalate it.
HOW is this acceptable when their turnaround time should be 72 hours???
