Frogfoot down in George??

Fibre connection in George (ISP Telkom) went down sometime Friday night/Saturday morning. After several calls to Telkom, they tell me today that there is a Frogfoot network problem in Mossel Bay, and have logged a fault but cannot provide a time to resolution. I have to assume that this sort of problem would affect more than just my connection, but I don't see anyone else complaing on Twitter/Facebook etc.

Anyone else on Frogfoot in George, working or not?

My connection is down again, Telkom blames Frogfoot, Frogfoot blames Telkom and we sit in the middle watching the ball being kicked over our heads. The outage over the weekend cost me more in mobile data and phone calls to Telkom than the cost of the fibre connection for the month.

After the usual to and fro with Telkom, they (Telkom) eventually established that a problem exists on Frogfoot's side. I contacted them and got the following in return:



Looks like I'll have to keep this thread running to compete with the Frogfoot PE outage thread.

What amazes me is that there is no other MyBB member in George complaining about their Frogfoot connection.
