Frogfoot Cape Town

It has literally become a laughing matter. No frustrations anymore. I am busy making plans to move off Frogfoot and Vox.
If Rain doesn't work out, I will hand it back and end up paying more for Vumatel.
At least you guys have 'mobile' data alternatives. I don't have that luxery. My only redundancy is a WISP option, and I am only willing to take that on prepaid which isn't a option. Fibre it is.

I already have Openserve installed to the wall, so I guess I do have that choice to switch, but I need more time to evaluate as I need to be ascertained that I will be in a better position. In the meantime I need to trust FF to sort out their questionable service levels. I like Vox, but FF need to improve.

Schit happens in practice, but good execution always have continuity. Whatever FF is doing, I hope that they permanently improve, interim solutions aren't workable at this scale.

In Port Elizabeth we have been hard down since about 3am this morning. We welcome intermittent connectivity.

I feel so sorry for you guys. If I owned an FNO, this is when I would be grabbing the opportunity to trench into areas monopolised by Frogfoot, who evidently aren't being challenged enough, competitively. I've said it before: Guiness World Record for telecomms company with the most teething issues.

In southern suburbs it has been up and down every day for the last week. Frogfoot blame the ISP. The "service" has been down over 5 hours today, Thursday! Openserve can beat them with their eyes closed.

Sevice was restored in George, some time between midnight and 7am. Let's see if it holds.

Still down. Milnerton. Grumble.
Hi, @hj2k_x kindly advise if your connection has been restored. Should you require further assistance kindly provide us with your contact details or FRG order number for the team to investigate further.

I agree, Frogfoot/Vox have dropped the ball far too often. It's become unacceptable. Thankfully we kept the Openserve fibre point in our house, and if Frogfoot/Vox don't improve exponentially in the next few weeks we'll be canceling and moving on. Enough is enough.

Permanent fix...and why couldn't you reroute us through other links like you have in the past?

Just to be sure, because I see nothing else on your twitter/facebook or here. Is the above your official 'formal communication to customers"?

Port Elizabeth is still down. So all services have definitely not been restored.
