Hello AfriMan, still a problem. the Facebook thread is exploding. All different ISPs.
Can you provide us with feedback AfriMan?

Word from our NOC is that our users are still seeing packet loss and poor speeds. Frogfoot are working on this and we're waiting for further updates from them.

Our NOC have informed us that Frogfoot have resolved the issue. If you are still seeing packet loss or latency, please reboot and test again.

Really sad. 50/50 fibre activated yesterday and is performing worse than my 20 vdsl line.

yikes... I'm seriously considering cancelling my pre-order with FF and sticking to my 10mb ADSL line. Can't imagine having to watch youtube in 480p on a 100/100 line!

I've been waiting for 9+ months while FF have done nothing but consistently fail to meet their "forecast build completion" date in the southern peninsula. Combine that with what I'm reading in this thread, no bueno.

I feel sorry for the ISPs that have to deal with this **** from FF.

I see the fault is still being reported on your app. And I just received another SMS (26 Aug at 13:23) saying that "Frogfoot is attending to a fault in my area".

It seems like there could be a second issue on their network. We're busy getting the details :(

Just be patient , they tend to tweak your connection after a day or two.

I'm in a new fibre ready area ( the first house to be activated, even though i was supposed to go live in September only ) And the first week was rough, speeds were all over, latency issues non stop. The last two days i tested 102mbps down and 101mbps up constantly ... And the ping is looking way more stable as well.

I think the Frogs have been busy, network returning to normal.

So I've seen quite a few tests come in. Looks like the problem is sorted.

I really really want to thank my ISP Atomic Access as I know for a fact they drove this home with Frogfoot and it was a marathon of tests and calls.

They stuck their neck out when they were isolated by the FNO and made out to be the problem in the early days.
This ISP has got heart and their engineers are insanely well qualified and experienced. I have never had service like this from our other service providers.

There have been some threads out there about which ISP to go for, I will put my reputation on the line and vouch for these guys.

PS. Thanks Frogfoot.

See, we weren't all imagining it.

But really, thanks, and thanks for the extra speed you gave us all.

I'm definitely still suffering here. Netflix buffering and streaming at very low res, even though a speedtest with a local server shows 20/20.
