Frogfoot performance issues in George

And now there's no packetloss this evening. Confirmed the loss and lack of loss with neighbours, so Frogfoot definitely did something.

That's just insane..

Apparently Frogfoot rerouted traffic - at least according to Vox.
Looks like they threw you guys all on one pipe to close some of the George support tickets which have become too hot.
 
I am in Loerie Park , been waiting for Fibre to be available since mid last year.
However reading some of the above, i am sceptical moving from my ADSL ( which is running perfect on 10mbps speeds which i am use to with Afrihost, no complaints there ) till they have moved most of George onto the fibre and everything seems more stable.

The reviews about Frogfoot on the local Georgiette page isnt very reassuring, so i might hang on for a bit maybe
 
Good choice - definitely stay away if your ADSL is working... Hell I wish I did. The last time I've had such unstable internet was in the dialup days, with people lifting the handset accidentally.

Ongoing problems since October 2019.

Just make sure what you read on that page. A LOT of bored old peeps and stay at home wifes complaining about stupid things, "my moms driveway isn't the same anymore" , " i had to wait 2 weeks for installation"

These are legit some of the comments i've read on there.

Seems your sitting where i was with my previous isp ?
I'm not getting the packet loss you seem to have and my download speeds are always above 90mbps.

Start by nailing vox again :D

They fixed the congestion yesterday afternoon - but going by the last few times its been fixed we can probably expect a week until it's buggered again.
 
I have been having this same problem, i am about a KM away from Conack. Struggling everynight with Supersonic Support. This image was from last night. Supersonic-FFF.png

Mist's line seems to be cutting out completely on the regular... what heck is that about - doesn't look like normal congestion, perhaps Frogfoot hardware on the fritz?

Don't think so, we would've experienced the same then? Or something similar
 
Must say, though still not 95% quality connection, it's not bad with Mind the speed.

Wife stopped asking whats wrong with the fibre. Actually saying, everything loads faster than before.

So yeah , starting to enjoy the fibre
