Frogfoot performance issues in George

Unfortunately wasn't home to check but will be today.
Mist's line seems to be cutting out completely on the regular... what heck is that about - doesn't look like normal congestion, perhaps Frogfoot hardware on the fritz?
I'm starting to think so too but its very hard to test as an end user. I connected without router (PPPOE) from PC but that was way worse: photo_2020-02-22_10-17-03.jpg

Besides the line just cutting out randomly mid online game, the fiber is performing very good. But it has gotten to the point where i wish i didn't switch to fiber, its just so frustrating trying to get any support.

That's insane.. we must be going through different Frogfoot infrastructure.

This morning here:

3 days ago we saw something similar, but just on a very, very smaller scale. Also just cuts off for X duration, everything just stops. Was more like 1-2 seconds here, not like yours that's minutes long. Was happening all day long too - from early morning till afternoon. Evenings were heavy packetloss.

Could it be a lack of QOS / Load balancing at Frogfoot?
Every so often it's perfect in the one area, and a nightmare in the other. Also, shouldn't latency go up to queue packets instead of the system simply dropping the packets like a savage?

Im still getting these micro stutters ( the i see ping spikes) and packet loss. Quickly returning to 0% again while gaming. Not sure what and why this is

Well, George area won't be getting a free speed upgrade. That sucks

But i guess to keep our network stable we need to be happy with that decision

Ja I'm happy with that - last thing we need is packetloss again.
Agreed. Been loving this network the last few months. Now and then a issue, manageable.

Haven't ran a speed test or a tracert or pingplotter for weeks. I lie, i did last night at peak hour. It was slightly jumpy on the ping side, NOTHING compared to what we saw in the beginning. Still no packet loss!
